Truck 15 responded on the second alarm for a fire at the Shadow Oak Apartments at 9627 White Acre Road. Engine 91 arrived on the scene with a three story garden apartment with fire showing from a terrace level apartment. A Task Force followed with a second alarm was requested. The fire appeared to be extending to the floor above upon arrival. An aggressive operation by first arriving companies knocked the fire down quickly and prevented the fire from extending to the upper floors. This left little for later arriving companies to do.
