Engine 151, Rescue Squad 15 and Truck 15 were dispatched for a report of a fire on the thirteenth floor of the White Oak Towers Apartment Building at 11700 Old Columbia Pike with a report of several people trapped on the upper floors. Units found fire in the elevator lobby on the 13th floor with heavy smoke conditions throughout the building. The fire displaced between 40 and 50 people and caused $250,000 in damage.
