We are proud to announce BVFD Fire Chief Michael Ryman has completed the Executive Fire Officer (EFO) course.EFO is the National Fire Academy flagship program, providing senior fire officers with a broad perspective on fire and EMS administration facets. The courses and accompanying research examine leadership exercises when dealing with difficult or unique problems within communities. Admission to the two-year program requires academic and experiential qualifications.
