The Burtonsville Volunteer Fire Department is pleased to announce the promotion of now Master Firefighter Andrew Knight.

Beyond meeting all of the MCFRS training requirements, MFF Knight completed the BVFD promotional process earlier this fall consisting of both a written exam and a panel style, scenario-based review board.

He is already a Rescue Squad and Brush truck driver and has nearly completed his calls to become a Truck driver as well.

Please join us in congratulating MFF Knight on this incredible accomplishment. We are proud of his consistent dedication to training and serving our community!
